The process is: If you are happy to accept the written estimate, once you have paid the deposit we book the work into our schduled approx. 12-14 weeks in between this time we can send out some samples for the top fabric choice. Or you can make a booking to view the pattern books in our office/ showroom here. when we are ready to start work on the item, we will invite you to book in a collection day and time that is convienent for you here. We would have the item in the workshop for approx 10 working days (depending on your requirements) and we can arrange delivery once completed. Final payment is due on the delivery day
